Shipping

  • Products purchased from the website will be posted to the address nominated by the customer on the account registration page.
  • For free delivery and returns to your nominated school address and athletic organisations, the school or organisation must be registered with Fab Sport Australia.
  • Deliveries made to any address other than your nominated athletic organisation or school address will incur standard postage charges.

Returns

All products must be returned to us as new, with tags, and in the original packaging should they be faulty or an incorrect size. Fab Sport Australia has a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return your product within 30-days of purchase and receive a full refund or exchange.

We will do our best to make sure that you get the right pair of shoes every time through our mobile fitting service and our online measuring tool which is a great guide to help you to get the correct fit!

We also understand when the shoes just don't fit! Let us know the problem and we will work to resolve it.

To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please complete the return slip. (included with your order)
  2. Let us know the reason you wish to return your goods.
  3. Include the slip with your return post.

 

Returns Via Post

Reurns via post will inccur postage charges

  1. Place shoes for return in the original shoe box and packaging in which they arrived.
  2. Please include your return slip.
  3. Place and seal in a post bag.

Returns Via Your School

All returns via your school are free!

  1. Place shoes for return in the original shoe box and packaging in which they arrived.
  2. Please include your return slip.
  3. Return to your school office by 9am on Tuesday.

When returning your product via school office or athletic organisation
you must contact us via email myshoes@fabsport.com.au
or call (03) 9939 6122 to notify us that your product is awaiting pickup.

 

Upon receiving your returned shoes or accessories, we will contact you and confirm that the goods have arrived safely and have been inspected. A refund will then be issued. Please allow 3-10 days for the bank to process the refund, after which time the refund should appear on your credit card or PayPal account.

We may decline to offer a refund, even within the 30 day return timeframe. If a refund has been declined we will advise you and the product will be returned to you.

Please note: Shoes must be returned undamaged, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, undamaged shoe box and original packaging.
